(Derrick Errol Evans MBE (born 15 November 1952), better known as "Mr Motivator", is a Jamaican-born British fitness instructor and Motivational Speaker. He rose to fame in 1993 through appearances on the UK breakfast television show GMTV, where he performed live. In 2009, he partnered with the UK government during the administration of Gordon Brown to promote a Public Health programme tagged 'Change4Life' aimed at tackling the problem of obesit-In 2020 he joined BBC television's HealthCheck UK Live to "keep Britain fit in lockdown" during the Covid-19 pandemic, in line with the resurgence in home-based workout routines. Exercise

Physical Exercise enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It strengthens one's bones and muscles and improves the cardiovascular ratings. According to the National Institutes of Health there are four types of exercise depending on the purpose: Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, and Balance, and the CDC states that physical exercise can reduce the risks of heart disease, cancer, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, depression, and anxiety. For the purpose of counteracting possible risks, it is often recommended to start physical exercise gradually as one goes. Participating in any exercising, whether it is housework, yardwork, walking or standing up when talking on the phone, is often thought to be better than none when it comes to health.

According to the WHO, the predominant global health agency, the concept of health takes into account the physical, psychological, and social well-being, and not merely an absence of disease, and infirmity. Health can be promoted by encouraging healthful activities like exercises, which is what we are encouraging oour readers to embrace the healthy lifestyles of which exercising is key.
